Does BABY'S BEST designs have a catalogue?
Sorry, in order to keep costs and prices down, we do not offer a printed catalogue. However, our entire product line is available on line and you can find our products Canada-wide in specialty children's stores and boutiques. Please view our Retail Stores listing for a store near you. (Note: not all stores carry all products). What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in Canadian funds. International orders will be converted to your currency by your credit card company. Conversion rates tend to change daily. A currency converter can be found a http://www.xe.net/ucc.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Yes, we are required to charge the following taxes:
5% GST tax to all Cdn. addresses, except NB, NS, NF, PEI
13% HST tax to all Canadian addresses in NB, NS, NF, PEI
7% PST tax to BC addresses, only on non-tax exempt products. (Baby- and children's products are PST exempt)
No Canadian taxes will be charged to US & International addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within North America as well as outside North America.
Shipments to destinations outside Canada may be subject to import
charges and duties which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Yes, you can change or cancel an order as long as it has not been
shipped. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our return

Do I have to use a credit card to purchase from you?
No, we do accept Canadian Money Orders and Canadian personal checks, as well as Visa and Mastercard.
Please note, if paying by check, orders may be held for up to 14 days for bank clearance.
Sorry, we do not accept US or International Money Orders or personal checks.

What information will I receive about my order?
You will receive an email confirmation within several days of receipt. Upon response, we will contact you for your credit card number ensuring a secure transaction. Do not send any credit card information via regular e-mail!

All in-stock products will be shipped in 3 - 4 business days, except during the busy Christmas period, this may double.

Can you send gifts on my behalf and do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes, we do offer both services. Please let us know if your purchase is a gift, so we can ship it directly to to recipient.
Indicate on your order form that the Ship To address is different than the Bill To address, then fill out the Ship To address
of the recipient. For an additional $ 3.00 we will gift wrap your purchase and include a gift enclosure card. Please e-mail us with your
special message.

information you supply us is for internal use only and kept confidential. This will not be sold to any
